Returns & Exchange Policy

At TaraDori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges based on the conditions outlined below:

Returns:

  • Items can be returned within  7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at hi@taradori.com with your order number and reason for return or you can us at +91 87662 59512
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges:

  • For domestic returns, a shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to an error on our part.
  • International returns are at the customer’s expense, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Intimate items like lingerie or underwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale or clearance items.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
